Joseph Carleton has vast experience in Maine condominiums, having represented associations, developers, managers and lenders for over 25 years, writing project documents for some of the largest developments in southern Maine and representing numerous condominium associations. As past president of a timeshare resort, he is especially attuned to the problems facing directors in day to day operations, and provides practical, cost effective advice to his clients. A former state legislator, he is currently co-chair of the Maine Legislative Action Committee of CAI.
